Services are delivered in defined engagement phases (Review, Alignment, Control) as outlined in individual proposals or agreements.
Implementation of technical changes may require separate agreement unless explicitly included.
3. Engagement & Access Requirements
Work begins only after necessary system access is granted.
Read-only access is sufficient unless otherwise agreed.
Required access may include:

Other relevant platforms as applicable
Failure to provide or maintain required access may delay or suspend service delivery.
Access delays directly affect delivery timelines.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees, scope and timelines are defined in individual proposals or invoices.
Invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information

Grant required system access in a timely manner

Maintain access for the duration of the engagement

Inform of material changes affecting website, analytics or advertising
6. No Performance Guarantees
All services are provided on a professional best-effort basis.
No specific financial results, revenue growth, traffic levels or advertising performance outcomes are guaranteed.
Search engine behaviour, AI interpretation and advertising platform performance are outside the direct control of the consultant.
7. Limitation of Liability
The consultant shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Loss of profits

Business interruption
-
Third-party platform changes
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service engagement.
8. Confidentiality
All client data accessed during the engagement will be treated as confidential and used solely for the agreed purpose.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
